The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Asian Paints International Private Limited, has successfully completed the sale of its entire 100% stake in PT Asian Paints Indonesia and PT Asian Paints Color Indonesia for SGD 6.8 million (approximately ₹44 crores). With this divestment, PTAPI and PTAPCI are now no longer subsidiaries of the company.
