Hero MotoCorp Limited — JV/Acquisition, 20-03-2025: Acquisition

Hero MotoCorp has made a strategic investment of up to Rs. 525 crore in Euler Motors Private Limited, acquiring approximately 32.5% ownership on a fully diluted basis. This move allows Hero to enter the rapidly growing electric three-wheeler market, which is expected to constitute 35% of total sales soon. Euler Motors, specializing in the design and manufacture of electric vehicles, reported a turnover of Rs. 172 crore for the previous financial year. This acquisition positions Hero MotoCorp to enhance its sustainable mobility portfolio and unlock adjacent business opportunities.
