Sirca Paints India Limited (SPIL) has acquired the business undertaking of Wembley Group, which includes Wembley Paints and Chemicals, Indo Wembley Paints Pvt. Ltd., and Wembley Sales Corporation. This acquisition encompasses the sale and distribution of products, intellectual property, customer relationships, and digital assets, with a total purchase consideration of ₹81.5 crore. Notably, the manufacturing facilities of the Wembley Group are excluded from this transaction.
