Thermax Limited — Board Meeting, 20-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board has announced a board meeting where the appointment of M/s. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as the Statutory Auditors for a five-year term was approved, effective from the conclusion of the 44th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 49th AGM. This replaces the existing auditors, M/s. SRBC & Co. LLP, whose term ends at the upcoming 44th AGM. The decision follows recommendations from the Audit Committee and requires shareholder approval.
