Larsen & Toubro's Building & Factories vertical has secured a substantial order from Brigade Group for residential and commercial towers in Hyderabad and Chennai, marking it as the largest residential project from a private customer to date. Key highlights include:

1. **Brigade Gateway Residences** in Hyderabad will feature two luxury towers, with a height configuration of 5B+G+57 floors, making it among the tallest buildings in the city.

2. **Brigade World Trade Centre**, also in Hyderabad, will stand over 200 meters tall with a configuration of 5B+G+50 floors, incorporating retail space and a five-star hotel.

3. **Brigade Altius** in Chennai will consist of three signature towers with 6 levels of parking and 39 apartment floors.

4. **Brigade Morgan Heights** includes 10 luxury towers ranging between 11 to 21 floors with 4 parking levels.

All projects will follow a design-and-build approach with tight deadlines. This order strengthens L&T's position in the competitive construction segment, presenting a positive outlook for growth in the luxury and commercial real estate market.
