SML Isuzu Limited — Others, 21-03-2025: Appointment

The Board of Directors of SML Isuzu Limited has approved the resignation of Mr. Junya Yamanishi, Managing Director & CEO, effective from 16th April, 2025. Following this, Mr. Yasushi Nishikawa will be appointed as an Additional Director and the new Managing Director & CEO starting from 17th April, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. The Board also re-appointed Mr. Anuj Kumar Sethi as AVP- Corporate Planning, IT and Special Application Cell for one year from 1st April, 2025. This leadership transition may positively influence operational stability and investor confidence as the company enhances its management structure.
