SML Isuzu Limited — Board Meeting, 21-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the resignation of Mr. Junya Yamanishi as Managing Director & CEO, effective 16th April 2025. Mr. Yasushi Nishikawa has been appointed as an Additional Director and will take over as Managing Director & CEO from 17th April 2025 for five years, pending necessary approvals. Additionally, Mr. Anuj Kumar Sethi has been re-appointed as AVP of Corporate Planning, IT, and Special Application Cell for one year starting 1st April 2025. These changes reflect the company's strategic realignment in leadership roles.
