The Board of Directors of Ponni Sugars (Erode) Limited has announced key decisions from their recent meeting. They have re-appointed M/s. Maharaj N R Suresh And Co. LLP as Internal Auditors and M/s S Mahadevan & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26. Additionally, the Board has proposed the appointment of M/s V Suresh Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a three-year term, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The Nomination and Remuneration Policy has also been amended, effective immediately.
