Entero Healthcare Solutions Limited — Board Meeting, 21-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Mr. Chebolu Venkataramana Ram as Chief Financial Officer, effective April 10, 2025, and appointed Mr. Balakrishnan Natesan Kaushik as the new CFO starting April 11, 2025. Additionally, the Board approved an investment of up to INR 8 Crores in equity shares of its subsidiary, Rada Medisolutions Private Limited, and three wholly-owned subsidiaries will see a transfer of 100% equity share capital to Rada Medisolutions. These moves reflect a strategic shift in management and investment focus.
