DEE Development Engineers Limited has announced an investment in its wholly owned subsidiary, DEE Piping Systems (Thailand) Co. Limited, amounting to USD 24,00,000 (approximately ₹20.82 crore). This cash infusion will enable DEE Thai to repay its debts, thereby strengthening its financial standing. Following this investment, the Company will hold a total of 8,20,92,974 equity shares in DEE Thai, representing a 24.51% stake in the expanded paid-up equity capital. This move aims to enhance the operational efficiency of DEE Thai, which focuses on industrial piping systems fabrication.
