Shobhan Mittal, Managing Director & CEO and a promoter of Greenpanel Industries Limited, is set to acquire 60,70,800 equity shares (4.95% of total share capital) from his parents through a gift. This transaction involves 46,04,900 shares from Shiv Prakash Mittal and 14,65,900 shares from Mrs. Santosh Mittal, both promoters of the company. The acquisition is scheduled for on or after March 28, 2025. Following this transfer, Mittal's stake will increase from 8.63% to 13.58%, strengthening his position within the organization.
