Industrial Investment Trust Limited (IITL) has announced a board meeting to discuss and finalize the Scheme of Amalgamation of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, IIT Investrust Limited and IITL Management and Consultancy Private Limited, into IITL itself, effective from April 1, 2024. The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has sanctioned the Scheme, which aims at consolidating operations to achieve cost optimization, streamline management structure, and enhance financial strength.
