Tube Investments of India Limited — Board Meeting, 24-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Mr. Vellayan Subbiah's request for a change in his executive position has been accepted by the Board of Directors, approving his transition to Non-Executive Vice Chairman effective from the close of business on 31st March 2025. He will continue to guide and support the growth and new projects of Tube Investments of India Limited and its subsidiaries post-transition.
