Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) recently concluded its twelfth edition of the global coding competition, CodeVita, held at the TCS Siruseri campus in Chennai. This season attracted a record-breaking 537,000 registrations from 96 countries, highlighting its status as the world’s largest programming competition. The title of 'World’s Best Coder' was awarded to Jeffrey Ho from Taiwan, who received a cash prize of $10,000. Runners-up Martin Andrighetti and Ignacio Munoz from Chile were awarded $7,000 and $3,000, respectively. The competition fosters coding awareness, and many past participants have secured internships with TCS, enhancing their real-world skills.

The event's success was emphasized by TCS’s Chief Technology Officer, Harrick Vin, who noted its role in nurturing the next generation of problem solvers. This vibrant initiative not only elevates coding skills but also builds a community of future tech leaders.
