Easy Trip Planners Limited — Board Meeting, 24-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Easy Trip Planners Limited has announced a board meeting outcome, wherein it in-principally approved an investment of up to 49% in Big Charter Private Limited, pending further approvals. The board also approved infusing funds into various wholly-owned subsidiaries: 1,000 BRL into Easy Trip Planners Do Brasil Ltda, 50,000 SAR into Easy Trip Planners Limited in Saudi Arabia, and 10,000 USD into EaseMyTrip USA Inc. Additionally, two new wholly-owned LLCs for the travel business were incorporated in Dubai.
