Indian Overseas Bank — Important, 24-03-2025: Committee Meeting Updates

Indian Overseas Bank has announced a board meeting to finalize the Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) of 35,41,77,539 equity shares at an issue price of ₹40.57 per share. The QIP was opened on 19.03.2025, and the issue period has now closed, following receipt of applications from qualified institutional buyers. The resolutions passed also include approval of the Placement Document and the Confirmation of Allocation Note.
