Bosch Limited — Board Meeting, 25-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Bosch Limited has announced key management changes. Mr. Suresh BR will retire as Senior Vice President-HR effective May 31, 2025, after over 39 years with the company, with appreciation expressed for his service. Mr. Raman Kumar Singh has been appointed as Senior Vice President-HR, effective May 1, 2025, and will oversee HR for the company. Ms. Pallavi Shastri will also assume the role of Senior Vice President-HR and HR Business Partner for Senior Executives, effective May 1, 2025. These appointments aim to strengthen the company’s leadership in human resources.
