K2 Infragen Limited — Updates, 25-03-2025: Press Release

K2 Infragen Limited has secured a solar EPC project contract of 67.61 MWp in Gujarat, part of a larger 450 MWp initiative by Coal India Limited. The contract, awarded by KPI Green Energy Limited, bolsters K2 Infragen’s portfolio in the Power Infrastructure sector. With this new addition, the company’s total order book under execution reaches INR 578.54 Crores, enhancing growth visibility.

Mr. Vineet Sharma, the Vice President of Business Strategy & Corporate Affairs, highlighted the company’s commitment to scalability in infrastructure projects, particularly in Power Transmission, Distribution, and Renewable Energy. The project is expected to be completed by June/July 2025, with installation and commissioning planned within the first half of FY 25-26. Additionally, K2 Infragen is in talks with financial institutions to improve banking limits, enabling efficient project execution and further bidding opportunities, signaling a potential growth trajectory over the next three years. The company aims to evolve into a diversified infrastructure EPC player, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to quality in its expansive operations across India.
