Granules India Limited — Board Meeting, 25-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved an internal restructuring plan involving its wholly owned subsidiaries in the USA. This plan aims to simplify the organizational structure and achieve business consolidation. Granules USA, Inc. will transfer its business and net assets to Granules Pharmaceutical, Inc. The restructuring is expected to reduce legal entities, streamline operations, and enhance market focus while maintaining the same ultimate ownership and business nature. This restructuring will be recognized as a common control transaction in accordance with Ind AS 103.
