Brainbees Solutions Limited has announced a board meeting to approve strategic investments. The company plans to invest up to ₹146 crore in its subsidiary, Globalbees Brands Private Limited, to enhance its business operations. Additionally, it will invest approximately ₹20.98 crore (AED 9 million) in Firstcry Management DWC LLC, its wholly-owned subsidiary in the UAE, to expand management services and establish stores in Saudi Arabia. These moves aim to drive business growth and market presence, with investments in both transactions occurring over the next 12 months and 1 month, respectively.
