Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited — Board Meeting, 25-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved several key measures, including the appointment of Shri Vikram Saxena as Key Managerial Personnel. A significant investment of ₹3,300 Cr will be made in its wholly-owned subsidiary, ONGC Green Limited (OGL), to subscribe to its Rights Offer, facilitating OGL's acquisition of a 100% stake in Ayana Renewable Power Private Limited, which manages about 4.1 GW in renewable energy assets. Additionally, M/s. SGS Associates LLP has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for FY’25. Related party transactions, including an investment of up to ₹1,500 Cr in Beas Rovuma Energy Mozambique Limited, were recommended for shareholder approval.
