Mr. Avishrant Keshava has resigned as Business Controller – India and CFO of Timken India Limited due to organizational changes, effective at the close of business on 31 March, 2025. He will remain a Whole-time Director. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Sujit Kumar Pattanaik as the new Business Controller – India and CFO, effective 1 April, 2025. Pattanaik, a member of the leadership team, has been with Timken since 2010, overseeing financial responsibilities in India, ASEAN, and Australia.
