C & C Constructions Limited — Board Meeting, 26-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Chandan Singh as an Additional Director and Whole-Time Director, Mr. Avanish Kumar as Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Rajan A as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2024-25, effective immediately. Additionally, Mrs. Avneet Luthra has been confirmed as the Regular Chairperson. Various corporate policies were adopted to align with Company law. These changes are expected to strengthen the leadership and governance structure of the company, enhancing operational oversight and financial management.
