NBCC (India) Limited — Important, 26-03-2025: Updates

NBCC (India) Limited has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mahatma Phule Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Technology Limited (MAHAPREIT). This collaboration marks NBCC's entrance into redevelopment in Maharashtra, building on its success in Delhi. The partnership aims to undertake various consultancy, EPC, and redevelopment projects, focusing on infrastructure developments within the Thane Municipal Corporation, renewable energy initiatives, slum rehabilitation in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, and residential projects under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).

Projects under this MoU are estimated at ₹25,000 crore and are expected to be executed in phases over the next three to five years, contributing to sustainable urban development and affordable housing aligned with the Government of India’s vision. The collaboration is positioned to enhance long-term client acquisition and service delivery capabilities for both parties.
