Piramal Enterprises has made a strategic investment of ₹600 crore in Piramal Finance Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary, through a rights issue. This investment is aimed at supporting PFL's business operations and general corporate purposes, without altering the Company's shareholding percentage in PFL. PFL has shown steady financial growth, with revenues of ₹603.86 crore, ₹659.18 crore, and ₹666.36 crore over the past three fiscal years. This move reinforces the Company's commitment to enhancing its subsidiary's operational capacity while maintaining a stable shareholding structure.
