GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Limited — Board Meeting, 26-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Limited has appointed Mr. Somasundaram Palamadairamaswamy and Mr. Anup Wadhawan as Independent Directors, effective immediately, for a term of five years, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Damodarannair Sundaram and Mr. Anami Narayan Prema Roy will retire from their positions as Independent Directors at the end of March 2025 after completing their second terms. The board expressed gratitude to the retiring directors for their contributions during their tenure.
