Oracle Financial Services Software Limited — Board Meeting, 26-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has announced key decisions from its recent meeting. Mr. Sridhar Srinivasan, the Non-Executive Independent Director and current Chairperson, will complete his tenure on March 31, 2025. Ms. Jane Murphy has been appointed as the new Chairperson effective April 1, 2025. Additionally, the Board approved the re-constitution of key committees, including the Audit, Corporate Social Responsibility, Nomination and Remuneration, and Risk Management Committees, with new memberships taking effect on the same date.
