TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited — Board Meeting, 26-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. R. Vaidhyanathan as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective April 1, 2025. Mr. Ravi Prakash Bhagavathula, the current CFO, will transition to a new position as Head of Strategic Initiatives in Singapore. Additionally, the board authorized further funding of up to ₹250 Crores to its wholly owned subsidiaries to support their business expansion initiatives. This funding aims to enhance revenue and profit growth through new projects and operational enhancements.
