The Company has opted for an amnesty scheme to resolve pending GST disputes related to tax demands from various authorities for the period of July 2017 to March 2020. It has made a payment of ₹ 15.35 lakh towards the total tax demand associated with these orders and will file an application to waive interest and penalties under the scheme, pending verification by GST authorities. This move eliminates a contingent liability of ₹ 15.35 lakh that was previously disclosed. Importantly, there is no material impact expected on the Company’s operations as a result of this settlement. Shareholders should note this development as it mitigates prior liabilities without affecting operational capacity.
