Bansal Multiflex Limited — Board Meeting, 27-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Bansal Multiflex Limited has announced a board meeting outcome where the Board of Directors fixed April 14, 2025, as the record date for the extinguishment/reduction of existing share capital. The board also approved the allotment of 3,00,000 equity shares at a nominal value of Rs. 10 each, totaling Rs. 30,00,000. This follows the resolution plan sanctioned by the Hon'ble NCLT Ahmedabad.
