Socomo operates the auto-rickshaw aggregation platform "Jugnoo" and provides additional services like food and grocery deliveries. This strategic move aligns with the company's focus on strengthening its core payments and financial services business. Upon completion of this transaction, expected by the end of March 2025, Socomo will no longer be an associate of the company.
