Max Estates Limited — Board Meeting, 27-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Ms. Ira Gupta as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval. The Board also granted a request from Ms. Neelu Analjit Singh to change her classification from 'Promoter' to 'Public', following a settlement agreement and legal dissolution of her marriage. Additionally, the Board entered into binding Memoranda of Understanding with New York Life Insurance Company for investments in Max Estates Noida Private Limited and Boulevard Projects Private Limited, with proposed investments approximating ₹2,930 million and ₹2,570 million, respectively, through compulsory convertible debentures.
