The Board of Directors of Garware Hi-Tech Films Limited has announced a board meeting during which they approved the Annual Business plan. They also approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Sarita Garware Ramsay as Joint Managing Director for three years, effective from May 26, 2025, subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. Mrs. Garware Ramsay has been with the company since 1993, bringing over 30 years of experience in marketing and corporate affairs.
