Manba Finance Limited — Board Meeting, 28-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Manba Finance Limited has held a meeting where several key decisions were made. Mr. Anshu Shrivastava's term as Independent Director will end on March 31, 2025, and the board expressed gratitude for his contributions. Mr. Nallepilly Ramaswami Parameswaran has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Board effective April 1, 2025.
