Diligent Media Corporation Limited — Board Meeting, 28-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of M/s. Neelam Gupta & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term starting April 1, 2025. Additionally, Mr. Rohit Vats has been appointed as Editor and Business Manager from the same date. Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Neelam Gupta & Associates brings over 33 years of corporate law experience, while Mr. Vats has more than 15 years in digital media, previously working with prominent firms.
