Zim Laboratories Limited — JV/Acquisition, 28-03-2025: Acquisition

ZIM Laboratories has approved investments of up to €4,00,000 in SIA ZIM Laboratories Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary focused on expanding its business in the European market. Additionally, an investment of up to AED 4,66,000 is planned for ZIM Scientific Office L.L.C., a step-down subsidiary aimed at business development in the GCC region. Both entities are currently not operational but are strategically positioned to enhance ZIM's presence in their respective regions. With these acquisitions, ZIM will maintain 100% ownership in both subsidiaries, reflecting its commitment to international growth.
