Slone Infosystems Limited — Board Meeting, 28-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved fundraising of up to ₹96.96 Crores through the issuance of up to 32,00,000 convertible warrants on a preferential basis to both promoter and non-promoter entities. Each warrant will convert into an equity share at a price of ₹303, including a premium of ₹293. An Extraordinary General Meeting is scheduled for 23rd April, 2025, to discuss this fundraising initiative.
