BREP Asia III India Holding Co VII Pte. Ltd. and its associated entities, including Blackstone Real Estate Partners Asia III L.P. and Blackstone Real Estate Partners (Offshore) X.TE-F (AIV) L.P., are set to launch an open offer to acquire up to 2,30,56,825 equity shares of Kolte-Patil Developers Limited, equivalent to 26.00% of the company's Emerging Voting Capital, at a price of INR 329 per share. The total consideration for this offer could reach INR 758.57 crore (cr). Public shareholders will be able to tender their shares between May 14, 2025, and May 27, 2025, without minimum acceptance conditions. This offer comes in line with a share purchase agreement whereby the acquirer will also obtain significant control over the target company, supported by a cash deposit of INR 150.86 crore in an escrow account to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The transaction aims to bolster strategic growth and operational efficiency within Kolte-Patil Developers.
