ACC Limited — Board Meeting, 28-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of ACC Limited has concluded a meeting, resulting in significant leadership changes. Mr. Ajay Kapur will cease to be Whole Time Director and CEO effective March 31, 2025, while Mr. Vinod Bahety will take over as Additional Director and CEO starting April 1, 2025. Mr. Rakesh Tiwary has been appointed as CFO from the same date.
