C.E. Info Systems Limited — Board Meeting, 28-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of C.E. Info Systems Limited has approved significant management changes. Mr. Rohan Verma will transition from CEO and Whole Time Director to Managing Director of the wholly owned subsidiary Vidteq (India) Pvt Ltd and 75.98% owned Gtropy Systems Pvt Ltd, effective April 1, 2025. Mr. Nikhil Kumar will also take up the position of President and Executive Director at Vidteq beginning April 1, 2025. These changes aim to strengthen the company's focus on growth opportunities in the geospatial and IoT sectors. Key managerial personnel have been adjusted accordingly.
