Suprajit has completed the second tranche of its acquisition of Stahlschmidt Cable Systems (SCS), focusing on assets and certain liabilities in SCS China and SCS Canada. This follows the closure of the first tranche and is set to contribute an annual revenue of €15 million. The transaction will be executed through Suprajit USA Inc.’s subsidiaries, enhancing its global production capabilities and strengthening its manufacturing base in China.

The deal is anticipated to close on April 1, 2025, pending specific conditions. The acquisition is expected to bring synergies in product and personnel, expanding Suprajit's client list and improving its logistics capabilities in North America, particularly near Detroit. Company executives expressed optimism regarding the long-term benefits of integrating SCS into Suprajit's operations, which include a focused strategy in meeting the needs of marquee global OEMs and Tier-1 customers.
