Narayana Vaishno Devi Specialty Hospitals Private Limited (NVDSHPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited, has reached a revised agreement with the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board regarding operations of the hospital at Katra, Jammu. This follows a long-term Concessionaire Agreement established in 2014 for the management of a 230-bed multi-specialty hospital under a Public-Private Partnership model. The revised understanding supports the Shrine Board's initiative to establish a medical college and involves NVDSHPL continuing oversight of hospital operations until 2033.
