Onelife Capital Advisors Limited — Board Meeting, 29-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Onelife Capital Advisors Limited has approved the continuation of Mr. Pandoo Naig as Interim CFO and appointed Mr. Nitesh Singh and Dr. Ranu Jain as Non-Executive Independent Additional Directors. The tenure of Mrs. Sonam Jain as a Non-Executive Independent Director will conclude on 31st March 2025. Additionally, the Board has reconstituted all Board Committees and established a new POSH and ESG Committee. The material subsidiary, Dealmoney Commodities Private Limited, received approval for the identification and sale of specific properties.
