The Board of Directors has announced a board meeting focusing on several key appointments and decisions. Mr. Ramesh Chand Gupta has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, pending shareholder approval. The Board also noted the completion of tenure for Ms. Deepa Gupta as a Non-Executive Independent Director. Additionally, the remuneration for Mr. Pradeep Kumar Jain (Chairman), Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Jain (Managing Director & CEO), and Dr. Rajeev Jain (Director - Marketing) was approved.
