SAREGAMA India Limited has acquired an additional 36.63% stake in Pocket Aces Pictures Private Limited, bringing its total ownership to 90.37%. The acquisition, valued at approximately INR 127.47 Crores, enhances SAREGAMA's foothold in the digital content space, leveraging Pocket Aces' extensive IP catalogue and distribution network, which boasts over 175 million followers across various platforms. This consolidation is expected to create synergies in influencer management and long-form video creation, allowing SAREGAMA to further engage with the 18-35 demographic and strengthen its music library's visibility.
