UNO Minda Limited — JV/Acquisition, 30-03-2025: Acquisition

Uno Minda Limited has announced a board meeting to re-designate and appoint Mr. Nirmal K Minda as Executive Chairman and Mr. Ravi Mehra as Managing Director, both effective from April 01, 2025, until March 31, 2027. Additionally, five new directors, including two independent directors, were approved. The board also approved the Uno Minda Employee Stock Option Scheme 2025, allowing up to 2.87 crore options. Furthermore, the company will invest Rs. 6.25 crore in Amplus Ampere Private Limited, acquiring a 9.75% stake in an SPV focused on solar energy, enhancing its renewable energy utilization.
