DiGiSPICE Technologies Limited has reached an agreement to acquire 8,69,030 Class B shares (1.94% stake) in Spice Money Limited for ₹4.5 Crore. This acquisition aims to consolidate DiGiSPICE's stake in Spice Money, enhancing its operational control in the tech-enabled hyper-local payments sector, which includes services like cash management and UPI transactions. The deal will provide an exit for Sood Infomatics LLP and is expected to bolster the strategic positioning of DiGiSPICE in the fintech landscape. The completion of the transaction has been extended to 30th April, 2025.
