The Board has held a meeting and approved key decisions including the appointment of Ms. Neha Kothari as an Additional Independent Director for five years, effective from March 31, 2025, pending shareholder approval. The firm M/s. HRU & Associates has been re-appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for FY 2024-25. Additionally, Mr. Hanuman Govind Patel has resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer due to personal reasons, effective the same date. Management has accepted his resignation, and he will be relieved from his duties accordingly.
