Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited has recorded a remarkable 32% year-on-year growth in turnover for FY2024-25, reaching ₹4,750 crore, the highest in the company's history. This milestone underscores GRSE's operational excellence, recognized by its attainment of prestigious Schedule ‘A’ status. The company also declared an interim dividend of 89.5% of paid-up share capital, an increase from 79% last year.

In FY2024-25, GRSE commissioned the INS Nirdeshak, marking the delivery of its 110th warship to the Indian Navy. The company secured several key contracts, including ₹490 crore for an Acoustic Research Ship and ₹840 crore for an Ocean Research Vessel. Additionally, GRSE expanded its global footprint with an international order for eight cargo vessels worth approximately $108 million.

The launch of the "GRSE Accelerated Innovation Nurturing Scheme (GAINS) – 2024" aims to foster innovation and collaborations with startups, while receiving 24 awards this year highlights the company’s commitment to excellence across various domains.
