Cyient Limited — Board Meeting, 31-03-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Cyient Ltd. has announced a board meeting with key resolutions focused on restructuring its semiconductor business. The board approved a business transfer agreement to transition its semiconductor operations in India to Cyient Semiconductors Private Limited for a consideration of INR 608 Cr. Additionally, the company will transfer its U.S. and Germany semiconductor businesses, receiving INR 240 Cr and INR 317 Cr, respectively. The restructuring is designed to enhance focus on the semiconductor segment, enabling dedicated growth, with completion of these transactions expected by June 30, 2025.
